Florian Huth, Pre-doctoral Researcher at the Nanooptics Group at nanoGUNE, receives his PhD at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) after the defense of his thesis project on Monday 25 May 2015. Hir research work, entitled Nanoscale Infrared Near-Field Spectroscopy", has been developed under the supervision of the Nanooptics Group Leader and Ikerbasque Research Professor Dr. Rainer Hillenbrand.

NanoGUNEko Nanogailuen taldean doktorego tesia egin duen Estitxu Villamor ikertzaileak aipamen bereziaren diploma jaso du CAF-Elhuyar sarietan. Sari horien helburuak dira zientzia eta teknologiaren arloko gaien eta ikerketen euskarazko dibulgazioa, kazetaritza eta gizarteratzea bultzatzea, saritzea eta aitortzea. Aspargik, Gipuzkoako Parkinson Elkarteak, Inbiomed-ek eta nanoGUNEk elkarrekin prestatu duten ikerketa proiektua babestu du 6.000€ko beka batekin. Proiektuak neuronak hazteko forma berriak lantzen ditu, gaixotasunaren funtzionamendua ulertzeko eta tratamendu berriak bilatzeko intentzioarekin.

Enpresaren bosgarren urteurrena iristean Graphenearen bazkide izateari utzi dio CIC nanoGUNEk, haren sortzaileak, Nanotechnology Investment Group SL-rekin sinatutako hitzarmenari jarraikiz. Nanoteknologiaren garapenerako funtsezko materiala den grafenoaren sektoreko erreferentzia bihurtu da Graphenea nazioartean

Libe Arzubiaga, Pre-doctoral Researcher at the Nanodevices Group at nanoGUNE, receives her PhD at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) after the defense of her thesis project on Monday 16 March 2015. Her research work, entitled “Nanostructuring of Devices for Nanoscience Applications”, has been developed under the supervision of the Nanodevices Group Leader and Ikerbasque Research Professor Dr. Luis Hueso.

Marco Gobbik GEFESen Tesi Esperimental Onenaren saria irabazi du. GEFES (Egoera Solidoko Fisikan Espezializatutako Taldea), Espainiako Fisikarako Errege Elkarte barruko taldea da.
