Implementation of a sensor that enables the detection and measurement of quantum phenomena. The objective is to measure and manipulate magnetism at unprecedented levels in order to optimize current quantum technologies and allow new methods of quantum computing, communication, and storage.

Spintronics to develop MESO technology

The MESO technology integrates logic and memory in the same circuit and for this it needs to read and write the information stored in magnetic bits. The Nanodevices group at nanoGUNE is a world-renowned expert in the spin Hall effect and this can be applied to increase the output voltage for the reading of the information stored in magnetic bits.
