IEEE OMN is an internationally renowned conference on optical MEMS and Nanophotonics that has been held annually since 1996. In 2024, the conference will take place from July 29 to August 1 in the city of San Sebastian in the Basque Country (northern Spain, right on the border with France).

For this edition, we are expecting around 150 participants from all over the world who specialize in the fields of optical MEMS and nanophotonics.

This is the ideal opportunity to present your products to the world's leading researchers and decision makers in the field!

Exhibition

Conference Exhibitor (2.500€)

Exhibitors will have full visibility at the conference. Up to 5 spots of about 4m2 (contact us for other possibilities) will be able to showcase their company products next to the conference room, where coffee will also be served.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is communicated before 1 March 2024, 80% of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed. 

If cancellation is communicated between 1 March and 30 April 2024, 50% of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed. 

No reimbursement will be made after 30 April 2024.
