CIC nanoGUNE receives the new accreditation Maria de Maeztu
The Severo Ochoa and María de Maeztu Accreditations were awarded yesterday in Madrid.
The Minister of Science, Innovation and Universities, Diana Morant, presided over the award ceremony of the distinctions granted by the Ministry to research centers and units of excellence.
CIC nanoGUNE has received this second María de Maeztu accreditation consecutively to the one granted in 2016. The recognition ceremony was attended by Ikerbasque researcher Luis Hueso and nanoGUNE's financial director Miren Alberdi.
This accreditation has brought nanoGUNE a financial endowment of 500,000 euros per year for the period 2022- 2025.
