Emakumeak Zientzian, to benefit society as a whole
This year the organizers also want to focus on the importance of going the extra mile to incorporate all the talent we have into the scientific-technological field, because that way the solutions to the great challenges we face as a society will come sooner. In this respect, “we want to emphasize that joint responsibility between women and men when it comes to promoting equal access and professional development for everyone is unavoidable”, said the organizers of Emakumeak Zientzian.

The actress Maitena Salinas was in charge of directing the event in a very pleasant atmosphere and the Emakumeak Zientzian coordination team was the first to take the floor with a brief introduction.
Science is girls’ stuff
From that day onwards and in Donostia, the Emakumeak Zientzian 2022 program will be focusing on the week from 11 to 18 February. A wide-ranging program has been organized with a variety of activities designed to bring the message "science is girls’ stuff" to as many people as possible and to emphasize the importance of achieving equal access and professional development in the scientific and technological field.
