NEW EVAPORATOR FOR THIN FILM GROWTH IN HIGH VACUUM
The Spanish State Agency for Research (Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities) - ERDF funds, EU, will co-finance the acquisition, installation and setting-up of a new evaporator for the growth of thin films in high vacuum at nanoGUNE.
NovaSpider, an innovative technology recently protected through a patent application
A multidisciplinary team at the CIC nanoGUNE nanoscience research centre has developed an innovative technology recently protected through a patent application. It is NovaSpider, 3D printing equipment that besides handling the familiar FDM/FFF additive printing technology, is capable of creating materials comprising nonwoven membrane layers of randomly oriented nanofibres and of microfibres with precision-controlled orientation.
